November 21, 2016 held a large-scale Ukrainian-Croatian business forum in the Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, with the active participation and support of the representative of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce in Croatia, Mr. Ivica Piricha. Forum visited the new Croatian Prime Minister Andrei Plenkovich, as well as Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman.
Besides the officials, about a hundred Ukrainian and 70 Croatian companies are interested in establishing cooperation in sectors such as agriculture, energy, industrial, pharmaceutical, food processing, shipbuilding and so on. The main business interests of the two countries participated in the forum defined in during the meetings and talks in B2B.
The Republic of Croatia has a fairly well-developed industry (especially food processing, machine building, light and chemical), and agriculture.
